• Meetings:  Thor's Mountain holds Business Meetings on the 1st Tuesday of each month.  Please see our Calendar for location.  Here we discuss plans for future events and demonstrations and set the Calendar of  baronial activities for the coming months.   Thor's Mountain also holds an annual Curia meeting each January.  This is when we work out the fiscal policies for the coming year.
• Practices:  Thor's Mountain has weekly Rapier and Fighter Practices every Sunday afternoon in Tyson Park.   
• Classes:  Thor's Mountain is very active in the Arts and Sciences.  Classes and Workshops on a variety of subjects are frequently being offered.  Please check the calendar for the latest information on times and places.
• PTWGC:  Past Times with Goode Company is a singing group localized in the Barony. They primarily do madrigal songs in four part harmony.  PTWGC perform at many events and various functions in and about Knoxville.  They have also been known to spontaneously explode into music in the middle of feasts.  They welcome anyone at any level of singing ability.   Contact Mistress Alysea for details.
• Montani: This is the nearby acting troupe.  They are currently researching and discussing new plays and performance opportunities. Please contact Master Ruadhan O'Calleigh (Roan) for more information.
• Officers:  A barony cannot function without its populace.   The SCA is a non-profit educational organization.  Likewise, the Barony of Thor's Mountain is operated entirely by volunteers.  Please consult the  Baronial Regnum for the names and email addresses of the officers who head up each area of baronial activity.  They are here for you and will be happy to assist you in anyway they can.  But, please remember that they too are all volunteers.
• Events:  Thor's Mountain hosts several SCA Events each year:
• Black Gryphon: (February) Our annual Collegiums.  Classes on all subjects and a sumptuous feast to boot.
• May Tourney: (May)  A Celebration of Springtime.  Lots of Fighting, Feasting, and Reveling.
• Silver Hammer: (October) Competitive spirits abound at our winter event.   The famous Silver Hammer Tourney always draws the best fighters to our lands.   Loki's Keep is an entertaining little siege battle.  And don't forget the Bard-of-Silver-Hammer competition during the feast.
• Plus a few small local eventlettes:
  • Warlord and Theigns' Tourneys: (January/February) Our fighters get together and prove their worthiness to lead the baronial troops and protect the Baroness.
  • Baroness' Fete:  (July) Help us Celebrate another fine year under Her Excellency's gentle guidance.
  • Baronial Christmas Party: (December) 'Tis the Season to be Jolly; Disapproval would be folly;  Deck the halls with hunks of Holly; Fill the cup and don't say, "when."
